1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order with Wamiqa Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Descriptions
We strive to display our handloom sarees as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings. Minor weave variations are inherent to handloom textiles and are not defects.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods communicated at checkout via WhatsApp.
4. Customisation Orders
Custom sarees are made-to-order. Once confirmed and paid for, customisation orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Delivery timelines for custom orders are 10–20 business days and will be confirmed at time of order.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and exchange policy applies as described on our Returns & Exchanges page. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our stated conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, branding, and design — is the exclusive property of Wamiqa Designs. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
